|The fax shown above is taken from a photocopy of a tape box label. It sparked months of investigation by me for "The Sun" newspaper that pointed to The Beatles recording together as a band on probably three occasions since they broke up.
While there was considerable circumstantial evidence to back the story up as well as the testimony of those connected with the studio, Paul McCartney's spokesman at the time, Geoff Baker, labelled the story a hoax and threatened libel action.
